Not sure how to recieve money to my lightning account

I used lightning to deposit to Gemini from cash app. I used the adddress generated from Gemini as the recipient. It’s been over 2 hours. My payment is complete from cash app end but Gemini balance and transaction say nothing has came through.

From cash app I went into Bitcoin and sent money somewhere but I can't find it on this end I have the cash app web receipts to prove where I sent it but for some reason I don't know how to retrieve it or where it went
